Was easy to find what I was looking for and it nice to have to option to see what is in stock and what is not!! I really like that feature.
placed an order in July, said it will be delivered by October, end of October : "manufactured said order will be shipped on 01/17/2021" just kekW. Why even do business if you can not give any warranty on time. By the way that was a 500$ order.

I ordered fox shocks front and rear from thmotorsports on 4-28-21, was given a 2 week ship date. On 5-4, I was told by Clint from autoplicity that the fronts were unavailable from their primary supplier, but for a PayPal invoice of 73.87, they could get them from a secondary supplier. I paid, and was assured the rears would ship the next day. Later that day, I was notified that the fronts were unavailable, so I asked for a refund on the fronts and delivery on the rear set. On 5-8, I recieved a partial refund on the front shocks, not including the PayPal of 73.87. On 5-11, I contacted Clint at autoplicity as I had not gotten a shipping notice. On 5-13, I received a notice from Michael at thmotorsports that a new order for the rear shocks had been created. On 5-19, I was notified that the tentative ship date was now mid June. On 5-20, I cancelled the order, and asked for a refund for the rear shocks, as well as the PayPal invoice. On 5-21, after having to prove to Michael via screenshots the the PayPal invoice was valid, he said the money would be refunded in 2-3 business days. On 5-26, I asked about my refund, Michael responded that he had contacted the billing department and I could expect a refund in 3-5 business days. On 6-4, I contacted both Michael and Clint about the refund I had asked for on 5-20. I have received no response from either of them, as well as no refund.
Ordered a lift kit over a week ago. My money was paid yet i still have not recieved anything about them shipping my stuff. When i called a lady who was a real peach informed me it wasnt her i needed to speak with but that she would let the right people know. What is going on here. Yiu dont just get to do whatever ya want after you got my money.
after a week of no shipping updates I called company to find my part was on backorder and they never notified me. I won't order from them again.
I ordered 4 tires attracted by cheap price. Then waited and waited. No response. Then I called them. 4 times. Each time they wanted me to wait longer. After 6 weeks, I just gave up and asked them to refund my $.
I ordered 4 tires in nice price after waited and waited for 9 weeks and call that they never response. Then I called them like 10 times today and they told me that the stuff online is not in stock. Everytime they wanted me to wait and keep waiting longer. After 9 weeks, and asked them they push me to get a refund. And on top the person was rude.
This place ant no good order shocks well need Id card number no then they just put money back on card never said anything never get my business aging be ya that
Two issues here.
1. Poor quality product from Anzo, but their customer service was very good.
2. VERY POOR Customer service from THMotorsports / Autoplicity. Yes, they'll take/receive emails; Yes, they'll take calls... Follow through is SEVERELY Lacking... COVID-19 excuse only goes so far!
BLUF: Refund requested Sep 8. Refund FINALLY received, after NO LESS THAN 8 follow-up calls / emails to THMotorsports, Dec 8.

I am extremely disappointed in the production quality of this product.
HISTORY:
Purchased April 2020. Installed and immediately identified the RIGHT / Passenger side high-beam inoperative. I coordinated for exchange of the unit. It took almost SEVEN WEEKS to receive the replacement.
With the assistance of ANZO support the replacement unit was shipped. Shortly after installation of the replacement unit, the LOW beam on it began to flicker and ultimately dimmed to approximately 25% output.
I coordinated replacement of the REPLACEMENT unit. Because ANZO can only ship in pairs, I sent a "core charge" payment to ANZO, until they received my return, which was their NEW LEFT side and my bad right side.
Just like the 1st replacement unit, on the passenger side, the low beam on my NOW THIRD passenger side assembly has begun to flicker. So yes... I've gone through THREE assemblies on the passenger side. Ironically, the driver's side has NOT had an issue!
THE GOOD NEWS IS, I believe I have determined what the cause is!
The unit functioned properly until I drove through an automatic car wash!!! I believe that the assemblies are NOT being properly sealed during production and subsequently moisture is entering the housing and causing havoc with the electronics!
I am requesting a refund of the $625 purchase price to my PayPal account.
They are not very customer friendly. I ordered a product and when I received it decided it was not what I meant to order. When I tried to return it, they notified my that I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee. In todays world where you can order anything off amazon, I thought I would try a smaller company. Does not seem like they care about the customer thou with how they handle business. Never again will I order from THMotorsports
I ordered a set of control arm bushings for a BMW 2002tii because I found out that I can't install the OE style bushings. Paid $38.11 for overnight shipping because I can't get the car out of my bay without control arms.
They shipped them out the same day BUT they shipped them normal FedEx ground! The car is now stuck on my lift for a week! I could have gotten the same bushings off eBay for less and from a supplier that was much closer.
Even though I contacted them the day after I should have received the bushings they would not send another set out for overnight delivery, forcing me to wait 5 more days. All they did was refund the shipping charge.

If I could give ZEROS stars I would......I ordered a radiator, paid for 2 day shipping...then I call back 3 times and they send me an email stating it will be shipped in 30 days. WTH...No. I need a refund...lets see how long that takes.
Don’t do business with this company. They won’t ship your part even when it says free shipping, they turn around and say you have to pay the freight charge. Ordered in June and turns out they never even placed my order.
